In addition to the regular actives, we also have special activities throughout the duration of the year, some programs are themed to run through a few months at a time to garner excitement.
Annual subject
Each year we choose a central subject, that we do many social interactions around, including, events, competitions, draws, point gathering and even a newspaper that the girls publish.
Rejuvenate
Each Rosh Chodesh we have a communal party surrounded by activities related to that chodesh. This party is the advent to the following competitions and activities and loads the girls with renewed energy!
Events
Birthdays, Bat Mitzvah, before Yom Tov, a reason to celebrate! Throughout the year we celebrate small and larger simchas and invest in each event. We celebrate each birthday and bat mitzvah individually as well as a bat mitzvah combined for all the girls together. Chol Hamoed and other Yom Tovs we celebrate with music, performances, dancing and prizes.
Make them smile again
These precious girls were left without any sense
of stability in their lives. At House of Hope, they receive everything they
require: a supporting shoulder, nutritious meals, accommodation, loving care and
acquire real life-long friendships. The upkeep and continues investments in of
House of Hope costs astronomical sums with the majority of the activities, not
state or otherwise funded.
